Store Policies & Terms

1. All Sales Are Final

All artwork - including originals, prints, commissions and products - is final sale once purchased.
This applies to purchases made:

  • Online through my website

  • In-person at markets, galleries, pop-ups or events

  • Through third-party retail partners

Refunds, exchanges or cancellations are not offered unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of purchase.

2. Artwork Purchased Through Galleries or Third Parties

When purchasing through a gallery, boutique or independent seller, their policies may also apply.
However, the artist’s position is:

  • All artwork is final sale, regardless of gallery expectations or “trial placements,” unless previously agreed upon in writing directly with the artist.

  • Any issues regarding damage, delivery or miscommunication should first be reported to the gallery and then to the artist if needed.

3. Commissions & Custom Work

Custom artwork is non-refundable once the creative process has begun.
Policies include:

  • A non-refundable deposit (if applicable) secures the project and covers initial design time.

  • Final payment is required before delivery or shipment.

  • Any revisions outside of the agreed-upon scope may incur additional fees.

No refunds or returns are accepted for custom commissions.

4. Color, Variation & Artistic Differences

Due to the nature of original artwork:

  • Slight variations in color, texture, or cropping may occur.

  • Digital screens can display colors differently; I cannot guarantee exact color matching.

  • Handmade pieces may include natural inconsistencies or variations that are considered part of the artwork’s character.

These variations do not qualify for refunds, returns, or exchanges.

5. Shipping, Damage & Loss

If shipping is applicable:

  • I package each piece with care to ensure safe delivery.

  • If a package arrives damaged, you must notify me within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging.

  • Claims will be handled on a case-by-case basis and may require filing with the shipping carrier.

  • Lost or stolen packages are not the responsibility of the artist.

6. Ownership, Copyright & Reproduction

Purchasing artwork does not transfer copyright.
All rights to reproduce, photograph and license the artwork remain with the artist unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.
Buyers may not reproduce artwork for commercial purposes, prints or merchandise.

7. Disputes & Communication

In the rare case of a disagreement or concern:

  • The customer must contact the artist directly at the provided email.

  • The artist will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue professionally and fairly.

  • The artist reserves the right to make final decisions regarding refunds, exchanges or remedies.

By purchasing artwork, you agree to these terms.

8. Policy Updates

Policies may be updated periodically. Purchases will be governed by the version of the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
