I’m Reed, founder of Rosebud Studios - graphic designer, fine artist and textile designer. I currently live and work in Atlanta, GA.
Rosebud Studios is a one woman shop! I do everything from making the art, branding, photographing, editing, shipping - ALL OF IT - it is truely my passion and I enjoy the entire process. I hope that these pieces fill you with a sense of happiness, playfulness and free spirit vibes that I try to channel with all the work that I create.

MY JOURNEY
I started painting when I was very small, but knew I wanted to pursue art professionally in college where I double majored in Art + Graphic Design. From there it’s been a lot of twists and turns that didn’t 100% pan out (I worked at an ad agency and even had my own jewelry company!). Ultimately the universe has re-routed me exactly where I need to be: creating vibrant + happy art for myself and for YOU and your home!
MY PROCESS
I started my art career with large scale oil paintings in my undergrad and some acrylics. Due to small space constraints I started playing with watercolor/gouache/india inks and LOVED them instantly. I’ve been using them exclusively ever since, and recently have added in oil pastels to my daily mediums to work from. My painting style is intuitive based, meaning I don’t plan things out, rather let my emotions guide my next strokes.
MY INSPIRATIONS
You’ll find the main theme in my work is vivid colors + botanicals + organic shapes + fluidity, which stem from my love of nature. Most of my inspiration comes straight from daily flower walks, shuffling through old fashion magazines (love finding patterns from clothing), and from architecture - specifically from different cultures. Everything is inspiration!
